Unless Graham Price or Accelerate UK has made express changes to you or your organisation then our Standard Terms and Conditions will apply

Simple Terms and Conditions for Booking on our Open Training Programmes

By booking on the training programme you are accepting these terms and conditions.

For reasons outside of our control we may need to cancel a course or move it to a new date. If this occurs your paid fees will be returned to you in full or we will move your reservation to the next suitable date, whichever suits you best. Accelerate UK will not be liable for any loss of direct/indirect revenue or time caused by this cancellation.

Fees are payable prior to the start of the programme and materials will be owned by Accelerate UK until the booking fee is paid. In the event of cancellation by yourselves the following fees are payable;

• Prior to 28 days before training programme start date – Any incurred expenses such as pre work, profiles and hotel costs which will be charged at cost.

• Prior to 14 days before training programme start date – 50% of the total published price of the programme at time of booking.

• Within 14 days of the training programme start date – 100% of the total published price of the programme at time of booking – or if attendee fails to show up..

Hotel accommodation is not included in the booking price.

This contract is written in England and should any legal dispute occur between Graham Price t/a Accelerate UK and yourselves it’s resolution will be restricted to the courts in England.
